What you will do

• Partner with Design Leaders to define role requirements and execute effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial outreach to final offer negotiation.
• Independently evaluate design portfolios to qualify candidates for hiring manager review.
• Implement data-driven recruitment processes to track and improve key hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain a robust network of top-tier design talent.
• Enhance the company's employer brand to position the organization as a preferred destination for designers.

Requirements

• Proven in-house experience recruiting for design roles at a tech company.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to independently assess design craft and articulate candidate strengths.
• Experience building pipelines from scratch and managing stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.
