TL;DR

Location: Remote; must be independently licensed in South Carolina and possess at least two active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

What you will do

  • Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy for populations with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders.
  • Conduct standard 60-minute intake sessions and follow-up appointments.
  • Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with transparent goals and defined expectations.
  • Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
  • Utilize independent treatment decision-making within evidence-based standards.

Requirements

  • Independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
  • Active, unrestricted license in South Carolina.
  • Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
  • Proven ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
  • Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
  • Experience with structured modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
