What you will do
- Manage UK benefits administration tasks and handle reward-related queries via the dedicated inbox.
- Design and implement effective communications to promote benefit offerings to a diverse workforce.
- Coordinate Loyalty Award events in alignment with budget and stakeholder expectations.
- Support the Senior Reward Manager with financial analysis for pension reviews, annual benefit renewals, and salary benchmarking.
- Maintain and update the benefits platform to ensure all information is appropriate and relevant.
- Collaborate on ad hoc HR projects to improve employee attraction, retention, and motivation.
Requirements
- Experience as a Benefits/Reward Administrator or HR Generalist with a reward bias.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid work model.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to learn Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology and other HRIS.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Payroll.
- Experience with HRIS Workday.
