Location: Remote; must be based in the US and hold an active license in Arizona

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

What you will do

  • Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy for populations with low to moderate acuity (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD).
  • Conduct standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
  • Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
  • Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
  • Exercise independent clinical judgment and treatment decision-making within evidence-based standards.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
  • Active, unrestricted license in Arizona.
  • Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
  • Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
  • Experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
