Salary: $300,000 – $350,000

What you will do

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Treat patients across the lifespan, including adults and geriatric patients.
• Conduct standard 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up sessions.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network of therapists.
• Manage patient population and scheduling based on individual preferences.
• Utilize full operational support for billing, scheduling, and intake coordination.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (Massachusetts).
• Interest in 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative communication skills.
