Salary: $300,000 – $350,000

What you will do

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
• Conduct standard sessions, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Coordinate care through an in-house referral network to therapists.
• Manage your own schedule and patient population based on individual preferences.
• Collaborate with full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (Virginia specific, multi-state support available).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation).
• Comfort with learning and using streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
