What you will do

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for populations with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
• Conduct standard session lengths, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain clinical autonomy over scheduling and weekly availability.

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Ohio.
• Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care, including psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) for accurate documentation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (verified via E-Verify).
