What you will do

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy for patients with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders.
• Conduct standard 60-minute intake sessions and follow-up appointments.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined and transparent goals.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists for integrated care.
• Maintain clinical autonomy in treatment decisions while adhering to evidence-based standards.
• Utilize full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination.

Requirements

• Must be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania.
• Required to have two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
• Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
