Compensation: $300k - $350k (Base plus productivity incentive)

What you will do

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care for populations with low to moderate acuity.
• Conduct standard session lengths, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Manage a diverse patient population across the lifespan, including adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network of therapists.
• Utilize streamlined clinical technology for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Interest in 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Strong clinical judgement and collaborative mindset.
