What you will do

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care for populations with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications.
• Perform standard sessions including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain clinical autonomy over scheduling, session structure, and patient population preferences.

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in West Virginia.
• Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care and proficiency in telepsychiatry models.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation.
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
