Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

What you will do
- Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for populations with lower to moderate acuity (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD).
- Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
- Utilize independent treatment decision-making within evidence-based standards.
Requirements
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
- Active, unrestricted license in North Carolina.
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making ability.
Nice to have
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
