What you will do

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for populations with lower to moderate acuity (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD).
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
• Utilize independent treatment decision-making within evidence-based standards.

Requirements

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license in North Carolina.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making ability.

Nice to have

• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
