What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize GTM workflows across HubSpot, Gong, and other connected tools.
• Automate critical GTM processes including routing, alerts, deal enforcement, and inspections.
• Translate GTM strategy and revenue rules into scalable system logic and technical documentation.
• Integrate product, sales, and customer signals into robust GTM workflows.
• Collaborate with the AI Strike team to deploy AI-assisted signals for deal risk and expansion propensity.
• Identify opportunities to simplify GTM execution and reduce manual operational work.

Requirements

• Experience in GTM Ops, RevOps Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in building workflows and automations within HubSpot.
• Proficiency with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment.
• Capacity to translate ambiguous business requirements into working technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating product usage data into GTM workflows.
• Experience with Gong, Segment, or similar operational tools.
• Familiarity with SQL or lightweight data transformation.
