• Own the technical delivery of the AI-powered operational tooling stack and Zendesk ecosystem.
• Expand into broader business systems across the organization.
• Build an enterprise-grade operational technology platform for internal operations.
• Automate core agent workflows using AI tooling.
• Build core systems from scratch at scale within a $1.3B marketplace.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely within the United States.
• Proven experience building core systems from scratch.
• Deep technical understanding of how systems work (five levels deep).
• Experience with operational technology platforms.
• Experience with Zendesk ecosystem is implied.
