Salary: $180k – $215k

What you will do

  • Deliver 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations.
  • Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Conduct standard session lengths, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
  • Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy to patients.
  • Collaborate within an integrated care model using an in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
  • Utilize electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Michigan.
  • Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
  • Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care and medication management.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (confirmed via E-Verify).
  • Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
