What you will do

• Achieve overall sales targets and unit sales across all product business lines.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and manage key client relationships in the Philippines market.
• Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Organize and execute marketing activities and online/physical campaigns.
• Gather competitor market intelligence and report on environment changes to management.
• Ensure all business transactions comply with ethical standards and company sales policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in medical devices.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesian.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience in Radiation Therapy or Large Capital Equipment Sales.
