What you will do

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan.
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including cases of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
• Conduct standard session lengths, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Utilize an in-house referral network to coordinate care with therapists.
• Manage clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.
• Leverage streamlined clinical technology and full operational support for billing and scheduling.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO).
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Arkansas.
• Interest in 100% telepsychiatry-based outpatient care.
• Comfort with learning and utilizing clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative communication skills.
