TL;DR

Remote Therapist (Medical): Providing virtual outpatient mental health care for populations with anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders with an accent on evidence-based modalities and independent clinical decision-making. Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Delaware and at least one other US state, excluding CA, NY, and MA)

Salary: $70K – $90K

What you will do

  • Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, etc.).
  • Conduct standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
  • Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
  • Make independent treatment decisions based on evidence-based standards.
  • Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
  • Utilize full operational support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing to focus on patient care.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
  • Active, unrestricted license in Delaware.
  • Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
  • Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
  • Experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
