Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Delaware and at least one other US state, excluding CA, NY, and MA)
Salary: $70K – $90K

What you will do
- Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, etc.).
- Conduct standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
- Make independent treatment decisions based on evidence-based standards.
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
- Utilize full operational support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing to focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
- Active, unrestricted license in Delaware.
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings.
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.
