Salary: $180,000 – $215,000

What you will do

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medications and provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain accurate and efficient documentation using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Arkansas.
• Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Proven experience in outpatient psychiatric care and medication management.
• Comfort and proficiency in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
