What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, data licenses, and trading contracts.
  • Structure commercially pragmatic and scalable deals in partnership with Sales and Business Development.
  • Provide risk-weighted advice on UK and EU financial-services and digital-asset regulations.
  • Monitor and translate regulatory developments into actionable business guidance for the company.
  • Manage outside counsel in EMEA to ensure high-quality and cost-effective legal advice.
  • Develop and improve legal processes, playbooks, and templates for a high-growth fintech environment.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the United Kingdom.
  • Minimum of five years PQE and a degree from a strong institution.
  • Experience at a top international law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Proven track record in drafting and negotiating SaaS and technology transaction agreements.
  • Ability to accurately assess legal business risks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in London to work in a hybrid-friendly environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in capital markets, trading, fintech, or digital assets.
  • Expertise in FCA regulations, MiCA, or MiFID.
