What you will do

• Lead commercial contract negotiations for content acquisitions across multiple platforms including hirify.global Glass, hirify.global Q, and NOW TV.
• Provide strategic legal advice on marketing, promotions, packaging, and risk areas like defamation or fair dealing.
• Support rights management for the distribution of services on third-party platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to deliver high-quality, business-focused legal counsel for product launches.
• Contribute to team training and continuous improvement of legal processes and know-how.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer based in the UK with significant experience in commercial contracts and content licensing.
• In-depth copyright expertise with proven ability to draft and negotiate complex legal agreements.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior stakeholders and executive-level leadership.
• Ability to work independently on high-value deals while collaborating across international teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
