What you will do

• Negotiate SaaS licenses and vendor deals for UK and international teams.
• Support the broader Harris legal network on group-level commercial contracts and M&A activities.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice to internal Sales and Product stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in operational and high-level commercial processes.
• Translate complex legal concepts into human-readable advice for non-legal teams.
• Act as a pragmatic advisor to balance risk management with business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales required.
• Strong foundation in commercial or corporate law.
• Proven ability to explain complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
• Experience navigating commercial contracts and legal nuances in a business environment.
• Sharp, adaptable, and pragmatic mindset suitable for a dual-company reporting structure.
