TL;DR

Compliance Specialist (Fintech): Providing general compliance advice and supporting the development of new investment products with an accent on regulatory requirements and customer outcomes. Focus on executing compliance reviews, testing internal controls, and updating policies to align with UK regulations.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days from home) in London or Budapest

Salary: Gross £875K – £1.1M per month

What you will do

  • Provide regulatory and compliance advice on the development of new products.
  • Collaborate across the business to ensure regulatory requirements and positive customer outcomes are met.
  • Execute compliance reviews and undertake rigorous testing of controls.
  • Operate and deliver key compliance training, processes, and internal controls.
  • Update company policies and processes to ensure strict compliance with UK regulations.
  • Support governance arrangements and produce compliance reporting for senior committees.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience in financial services, law, or consultancy.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong interest in financial services regulation and a passion for customer outcomes.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London or Budapest offices in a hybrid model.
