What you will do

• Provide legal advice on UK healthcare and life sciences regulations, including MHRA and CQC frameworks.
• Review and approve marketing materials for healthcare products and services to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise on telehealth and digital health service operations, including online prescribing workflows.
• Manage regulatory inquiries and build relationships with bodies such as the ASA, MHRA, and CQC.
• Monitor and analyze evolving regulatory developments in the UK and EU healthcare and advertising space.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, medical, and marketing to support business growth.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in the UK, Ireland, or another EU jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualified legal experience (PQE).
• Strong expertise in UK healthcare products, marketing teams, and advertising regulations.
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business judgment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the EU healthcare legal landscape or other international markets.
• Background in tech, consumer goods, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous in-house experience at a high-growth multinational company.
