Salary: $200,000 – $230,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own and manage the monthly close calendar and balance sheet reconciliations across all global entities.
• Lead end-to-end invoicing, cash application, and collections to optimize the invoice-to-cash cycle.
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle and employee expense programs ensuring policy compliance.
• Oversee global payroll operations and tax compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Build and develop a high-performing financial operations team while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, and Revenue teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and contract alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial operations or accounting, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in managing finance functions within a multi-entity environment.
• Experience in digital assets, SaaS, or fintech is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct), expense platforms (Brex), and payroll systems (Justworks, Oyster, Rippling).
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
