What you will do

• Play a pivotal role in financial forecasting and investor relations.
• Leverage SQL expertise to decode data and unveil actionable insights.
• Act as the bridge between data and strategy, analyzing potential partnership opportunities, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Design and maintain dynamic tools and dashboards that empower sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Play an active role in developing and implementing scalable processes and documentation, driving operational efficiency as we grow and evolve.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, consulting, or other equivalent analytical roles at a fast-growing company
• Strong finance and financial modeling skills
• Strong SQL skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems (i.e. Rillet, Quickbooks, Ramp, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience working at an early-stage company, especially in B2B fintech spaces such as BaaS
