What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to build a pipeline and achieve growth goals.
- Conduct pitches and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to coordinate sales efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic feedback to management.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including sign-off and timely payment collection.
Requirements
- Proven relevant experience in hospitality software or the F&B industry.
- Hands-on experience in sales and delivering professional presentations.
- Strong account management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Native Chinese language proficiency.
- English proficiency (verbal and written).
