What you will do

  • Identify high-potential prospects and convert them into long-term strategic clients.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and product demos to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Execute outbound activities including cold calls and emails to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client handover and quality experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience in Restaurant OTA, Bookings, or POS systems.
  • Proven track record in cold-calling and client acquisition.
  • Native Thai language proficiency.
  • Business English skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a quota-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Third Party Dining apps or Table Management Software.
  • Team leadership or management experience.
