What you will do

  • Identify high-potential prospects and convert them into long-term strategic clients.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, and contract negotiation.
  • Execute outbound activities such as cold calls and emails to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality client handovers.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for qualified meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the Restaurant Reservation, OTA, or POS industry.
  • Experience in cold-calling and direct client acquisition.
  • Thai: Native level required.
  • English: Business proficiency in verbal and written communication required.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills using a consultative approach.
