Salary: OTE €40,000 – €52,000

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from inbound and outbound prospecting to closing partnerships with Spanish SMB brands.
  • Build trusted relationships with founders and operations leaders to design tailored hirify.global solutions.
  • Refine sales playbooks, ICPs, and go-to-market messaging for the local Spanish market.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to the Spanish Growth pod and help shape the setup of the Madrid office.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to pipeline management.
  • Ambitious growth mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
