TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new sales opportunities through outbound lead generation for the compliance software platform with an accent on the Dutch-speaking market. Focus on building brand awareness, managing prospecting strategies, and securing meetings for the sales team.

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role with 1 day/week remote)

Salary: €29,100 – €30,300 + uncapped commission and language supplement

What you will do

  • Generate new sales opportunities via outbound efforts targeting the Dutch-speaking market.
  • Identify, contact, and communicate with potential customers to organize client meetings.
  • Act as an advisor and frontline ambassador to build brand awareness.
  • Design prospecting strategies and secure meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills for engagement via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads.
  • Ability to work onsite in Madrid, Spain.
