Sales Development Representative (French Speaking): Driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound efforts for a SaaS compliance platform with an accent on lead qualification and pipeline generation. Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid: 40 hours onsite with one day work-from-home)
Salary: €29,100 – €30,300 base + commission + language supplement

What you will do
- Generate new sales opportunities via outbound outreach within the French and Benelux markets.
- Identify and communicate with prospects to secure meetings for Account Executives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing initial advisory services to potential clients.
- Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.
- Maintain and update lead and interaction data in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in French and professional proficiency in English required.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple leads.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated with drive to succeed in a scale-up environment.
- Must be able to work onsite in Madrid, Spain.
