Focus on enhancing the Archer GRC system, conducting detailed risk assessments, and strengthening operational resilience across Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do

  • Support the implementation and uplift of operational risk frameworks, controls, and policies.
  • Provide second-line challenge on business processes, change initiatives, and risk acceptances.
  • Administer and enhance the Archer GRC system to ensure data quality and reporting integrity.
  • Analyze incidents, trends, and operational risk metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Strengthen business continuity and operational resilience practices in alignment with APRA CPS 230 and the Deposit Takers Act.
  • Prepare insightful reporting and support papers for risk committees.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in operational risk, audit, or controls.
  • Solid understanding of CPS220, CPS230, Basel standards, and RBNZ expectations.
  • Strong capability in root-cause analysis (RCA) facilitation, control testing, and data interpretation.
  • Experience using GRC tools, with Archer being highly preferred.
  • Must have valid working rights for Australia.
