What you will do
- Build a pipeline of services opportunities by partnering with regional sales leadership, account managers, and solution architects.
- Manage multiple opportunities through sequential stages of the sales process.
- Lead the services sales process, including discovery and the design of preliminary solution architecture.
- Write Statements of Work (SOW) and position appropriate service package offerings to customers.
- Provide guidance to Account Executives and Solution Engineers on the optimal services to position.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and develop professional services data sheets, presentations, and SOW templates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within a professional services organization focused on selling technology solutions and consulting services.
- Experience conducting requirements and scope assessment workshops with prospective and existing customers.
- Proven ability to position outcome-based services aligned to customer business and technical objectives.
- Experience creating and selling packaged professional services offerings.
- Ability to develop and articulate business cases and ROI studies.
- BS in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent technical sales experience.
