What you will do
- Own the strategy and governance of Salesloft, managing the full lifecycle of cadences from creation to retirement.
- Collaborate with Content Ops, Product Marketing, and BDR Enablement to prioritize messaging requests.
- Act as a strategic liaison between content creators and end users to align content with GTM priorities.
- Monitor performance metrics such as opens, replies, and conversions to optimize underperforming cadences.
- Identify messaging gaps and conduct A/B testing to innovate global engagement strategies.
- Maintain global governance standards for tone, branding, and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in cadence strategy and sales messaging best practices.
- Experience implementing and optimizing sales engagement platforms, preferably Salesloft (Outreach or HubSpot also acceptable).
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Proven track record of partnering with content and enablement stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Business-level English proficiency required.

- Background in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Enablement.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
