TL;DR

Digital Advertising Manager (SaaS): Leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media and digital advertising initiatives across all key channels with an accent on full-funnel performance marketing efforts. Focus on cross-functional leadership, measurable revenue contribution, and high-impact individual contribution with strategic ownership.

Location: Hybrid work schedule based out of one of our office locations: Austin, TX; Irvine, CA; or Akron, OH.

Salary: $78,000 - $118,200 a year

hirify.global is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry with its cloud-based platform for accounting and back-office operations.

What you will do

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and others.
  • Own the paid media budget, including allocation, pacing, forecasting, and reconciliation.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team on account-based marketing initiatives by leading the media strategy, targeting, and execution for identified high-value accounts and segments.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, SEO, Content, Creative, and Sales to ensure campaign alignment and effective messaging.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within advertising platforms and coordinate with Marketing Ops to maintain UTM standards, tracking, and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve the digital marketing tech stack and workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on paid media management in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale media budgets with performance accountability.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Experience working with external agencies or media vendors.
  • Familiarity with Domo or similar BI tools.
  • Experience in restaurant tech or a similar B2B vertical.
