TL;DR
Engagement Lifecycle Manager (Marketing): Managing Tinder's user-facing notification program with an accent on increasing visibility and adoption of features through engagement channels. Focus on A/B testing, campaign iteration, and communication of results to improve engagement and reduce churn.
Location: Hybrid role, requires in-office collaboration three times per week from our Los Angeles office.
Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 a year. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, California.

What you will do
- Drive projects from conception through execution, keeping all teams up to date on progress.
- Ensure campaigns are set up and deployed correctly to increase engagement and reduce churn.
- Coordinate with internal partners (marketing / product managers / engineering) for timely planning, creation, and deployment of campaigns.
- Own day-to-day communication and project coordination with internal clients.
- Supervise Engagement dashboards and report findings with the team.
- Execute and report results of A/B and multivariate tests.
Requirements
- 2+ years of engagement experience (preferably with list sizes 150,000+).
- Eye for detail to ensure campaigns and projects are up to specifications and out on time.
- Proven understanding of the app space and able to collaborate with business, design, engineering and product management.
- Experience with enterprise level Engagement platform (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io).
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR and opt- in and opt-out practices.
- Solid understanding of JSON, HTML, and SQL.
