TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the San Francisco office (Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000–$175,000

What you will do

  • Produce high-impact customer-driven content including video case studies, written stories, and social proof.
  • Own and scale the end-to-end customer reference program to support sales pipeline and advocacy.
  • Manage customer speakers for events, webinars, and developer workshops.
  • Build and lead Customer Advisory Boards to create feedback loops between customers and product teams.
  • Develop campaigns to drive product adoption, engagement, and expansion opportunities.
  • Translate technical wins into compelling narratives for both AI engineers and executive buyers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or related fields in AI/ML, developer tools, or data infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to identify and translate complex technical customer wins into effective marketing content.
  • Strong experience running customer advocacy, reference, or advisory programs.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business audiences.
  • Experience managing webinars, roundtables, and speaker relations.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows to improve creativity and productivity.

Nice to have

  • Background in AI/ML, LLMs, or data infrastructure.
  • Experience with developer communities or open-source ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
