Salary: $119,200 - $149,000 plus variable compensation

What you will do

• Build a deep understanding of hirify.global’s customers, their pain points, and their goals to develop compelling, differentiated value propositions.
• Leverage market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in global hiring and emerging technologies.
• Plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment across Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Design and refine marketing strategies to promote feature usage.
• Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales guides, product blogs, videos, and white papers.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing with a proven track record in product launches, messaging, and driving feature adoption.
• Ability to turn market, customer, and competitive data into actionable GTM strategies.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex features into customer-centric value propositions.
• Proficient in using analytics and benchmarking to measure campaign success and pivot strategies.
• Ability to align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams toward a shared vision.

Nice to have

• Experience with Klue, Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce is a plus.
