What you will do

• Develop and execute event strategies aligned with pipeline goals and sales priorities.
• Define KPIs and report on event performance and ROI to executive stakeholders.
• Act as the central lead between sales, demand, design, and partner teams for GTM orchestration.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise-level event programs including tradeshows and VIP dinners.
• Forecast and manage event budgets while negotiating vendor contracts for cost efficiency.
• Partner with demand gen and digital teams to build integrated promotion plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B field/event marketing or integrated campaigns.
• Strong project management capabilities for juggling multiple programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Analytical mindset with proven experience in performance reporting.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Contact Center, or Customer Experience solutions.
• Knowledge of account-based field strategies.
• Previous sales or SDR experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, and Mobly.
