What you will do

  • Manage large existing accounts to proactively preserve and develop them, ensuring high product adoption.
  • Conduct regular discovery calls to identify issues, gather feedback, and suggest workflow optimizations.
  • Provide technical guidance and manage customer escalations between the product team and the client.
  • Collaborate with account executives and support engineers to facilitate smooth pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Develop sales demos and technical documentation adapted for specific customer use cases.
  • Represent the company through onsite customer visits and attendance at conferences.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or customer success.
  • Native-level proficiency in Chinese.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) for internal and external communication.
  • Technical competence in software development tools, with experience in programming, QA, sysadmin, or release automation.
  • Proven track record of building and developing B2B relationships.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
