What you will do

  • Manage the Asia channel component of the hirify.global partner ecosystem.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop scalable channel partners to generate new business in existing accounts and new markets.
  • Establish hirify.global as a premier analytics partner by developing a measurable joint pipeline with focus partners.
  • Align go-to-market (GTM) activities in specific industries and territories with sales, marketing, and business development leadership.
  • Collaborate with partners to execute GTM plans, lead generation, and development of joint offerings.
  • Manage partner capabilities in sales, pre-sales, and delivery to align with hirify.global strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Alliances, Business Development, Channel, or Direct Sales, with at least 5 years in channel development.
  • Proven ability to recruit and develop scalable partners and build significant revenue streams through channels.
  • Strong understanding of the Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics market space.
  • Ability to create compelling business cases and negotiate skillfully in tough situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to all levels of management.
  • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
