What you will do

  • Drive strategic account growth by identifying new and existing business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships, ensuring clients receive consistent value.
  • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Drive sales initiatives and conduct trainings to increase product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that communicate value propositions and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align on solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or key account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities and execute effective growth plans.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, including the ability to influence and build trust with clients.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting market insights to guide recommendations.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented, with strong leadership qualities.
