TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Central London, 1-2 days in office)

Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + Bonus

A growing enterprise SaaS company expanding its Revenue Operations capability to support continued growth and complex commercial deal-making.

What you will do

  • Own governance across complex and non-standard enterprise deals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Pricing teams to structure opportunities effectively.
  • Review pricing structures, discounts, and contract terms to ensure alignment with governance standards.
  • Facilitate deal review forums and manage executive approvals.
  • Drive operational improvements and efficiency across the deal lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Operations.
  • Strong commercial judgement specifically within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of pricing models, discounting strategies, and contracts.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Central London (1-2 days in office)
