What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales team regarding quoting, contracting, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Order Management teams to drive deals toward timely closure.
- Monitor and manage Deal Desk queues in Salesforce to ensure SLA adherence.
- Drive operational efficiencies to accelerate the quote-to-cash cycle.
- Ensure the accuracy of CPQ data fields and resolve downstream booking discrepancies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales approval and order acceptance policies.
Requirements
- Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Order Management within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ or similar configure-price-quote tools.
- Strong quantitative skills with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fundamental understanding of revenue recognition, sales contracts, and SOX compliance.
- Ability to work with high schedule flexibility during End of Month and End of Quarter cycles.
- Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls as required for software technology access.
