Salary: £75,000–£120,000+ (OTE)

What you will do

  • Prospect and engage directors and CEOs globally via outbound cold calling to build a sales pipeline.
  • Execute the established sales process to schedule and conduct qualified software demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals with target clients.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching to support professional growth and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from the office in Portsmouth
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a B2B end-to-end sales role or at least 1 year in outbound cold calling.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated history of strong work ethic and ambition to progress within a sales career.
