Sales Development Representative

TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating qualified sales opportunities and driving enterprise pipeline growth with an accent on multi-channel outreach and target account strategy. Focus on conducting high-level executive conversations, collaborating with Account Executives, and optimizing the sales funnel using a data-driven approach.

Location: Must live in the SF Bay Area and work from the San Jose office 3 days a week

What you will do

• Identify and qualify opportunities to build a robust enterprise sales pipeline.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute strategies for target accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Conduct discovery meetings and high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Research and build account lists, maintaining consistent outreach via email and phone.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and monthly qualified opportunity quotas.

Requirements

• 2+ years of overall professional experience with at least 1 year in sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Experience in cold calling and managing lists of target accounts.
• Must be based in the SF Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
