Location: Must be based in Vienna or remotely within Europe

What you will do

  • Drive demand generation strategies across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and events.
  • Execute and optimize experiments from ideation to post-mortem analysis.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to scale self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
  • Develop and nurture lifecycle programs to improve user conversion and retention.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to work smarter and improve marketing workflows.
  • Document growth learnings to help build scalable, repeatable marketing processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation within a SaaS/digital product environment.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Strong experience collaborating across disciplines like paid media, SEO, and content.
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and translate them into campaigns.
  • Practical experience with CRM and lifecycle tools like Iterable or HubSpot.
  • Must be located in or willing to work within Europe.

Nice to have

  • Professional German proficiency to support DACH-focused initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n.
