What you will do

  • Own the selection, integration, and long-term health of the MarTech stack, ensuring a clear ROI for every tool.
  • Design and govern the global lead lifecycle, responsible for lead scoring, automated routing, and preventing revenue opportunity loss.
  • Lead planning and prioritization for Marketing Ops, balancing urgent stakeholder needs with long-term infrastructure health and scalability.
  • Define standards for campaign taxonomy and funnel metrics, owning the source of truth for marketing’s contribution to the pipeline.
  • Drive operational rigor, maintaining high-quality documentation, QA processes, and global enablement.
  • Manage and coach a team of specialists, setting high-quality standards and fostering continuous feedback and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • 7+ years in Marketing Ops/RevOps, leading complex, high-impact projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing a team and developing talent, coaching specialists to think like business owners.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot and Salesforce architecture for seamless data flow and scalability.
  • Ability to translate complex attribution models into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Structured thinker who can translate ambiguous marketing requirements into clean, scalable workflows.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning Sales and Marketing teams on shared definitions of a qualified lead.
