What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for global enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Drive product adoption by helping customers utilize platform capabilities to achieve their business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify expansion opportunities and increase platform usage.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the development of new features.
- Lead the onboarding process and deliver high-level training to ensure customer proficiency.
- Monitor customer health metrics and provide data-driven reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or customer success, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with business users, IT teams, and executive leadership.
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools, including data analysis for health monitoring.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and support their needs.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management experience and/or PMP certification.
- Solid understanding of computer networking and common network engineering challenges.
