Salary: $200k–$225k base + 20% variable compensation

What you will do
- Own net revenue retention and expansion strategy across Enterprise and Strategic segments.
- Develop and mentor first-time managers and high-potential individual contributors into leadership roles.
- Establish operational systems including forecasting, CRM hygiene, and performance reporting.
- Create scalable playbooks for renewal, expansion, and executive engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize the customer lifecycle.
- Represent the voice of the customer and act as an escalation point for complex strategic accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, customer success, or account management.
- 5+ years of direct experience leading managers and multi-layered teams.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and mentoring first-time managers.
- Strong background in owning post-sale revenue targets and improving retention metrics.
- Deep expertise in operational processes like forecasting, pipeline integrity, and CRM management.
- Capacity for executive presence and communicating with C-level stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology or marketing technology.
- Background in privacy, data, or compliance-driven environments.
- Expertise in building multi-segment AM organizations combining enterprise and strategic models.
